6mm Remington Bullet Keychain

When this round debuted in 1955 it was called the “.244 Remington”. Though it holds a slight ballistic advantage over the hugely popular .243 Winchester and came out at the same time it never caught on in the same way. Many believe this is due to the fact that Remington did not offer a suitable 100gr bullet loading at the time of its launch whereas Winchester did therefore making the .243 appear to be the superior deer rifle.
